FREDERICK AVENUE DEV. - BALTIMORE, MD
This development is currently in the early stages of pre-development for a proposed multi-family building comprising 50+ units in the vibrant Irvington neighborhood of Baltimore City. Our goal is to contribute a valuable addition to this already outstanding community.

Cornerstone Building and Restoration Services has partnered with Bull Development Co., through community engagement and city support, have built strong relationships and partnerships, ensuring this project aligns seamlessly with the community's vision.

Embarking on the feasibility and pre-development stages, Cornerstone Building and Restoration Services along with Bull Development Co. envision a transformative transit-oriented development in the heart of West Baltimore, Maryland. The mission for this joint venture project is to establish a new benchmark for the creation and execution of affordable housing communities.
OVERVIEW:
Hayward Avenue Development is located directly in front of Rogers Ave Transit Station. There has been limited investment into the area, but it is part of the Park Heights Master Plan. Our partner has assembled 4 lots for a total of 1.99 acres. Currently the site is zoned R-6. Once re-zoned, we are proposing a 280 unit mixed-use (residential and retail) structure. The goal is to use the building to service the needs of the neighborhood. The amenities package will include youth community center, gym, and bike/workshop. These amenities can be enhanced to benefit the neighborhood and residents through partnership with community associations and non-profits that provide services that address residents' needs.
